Terre Di Rai Pinot Grigio delle Venezie 2017

Bright straw yellow in colour with golden reflections when the light hits it as it's poured. The scent of this Pinot Grigio is intense, wide and complex, with floral tones of wild rose and orange blossoms, with a sense of tropical fruit, citrus and apricot, typical of this varietal. It has a structured taste and excellent acid balance. The aroma beautifully captures the taste of the wine - soft, with a medium-long finish of citrus tones, peaches and apricots. This is especially delicious with fish and seafood specialities, starters, risotto and baked vegetables, as you might expect with an Italian wine.
