The Ass Kisser Shiraz appears black with silver highlights in colour. The nose overwhelms with a mix of red and black fruit, spice and liquorice. The palate is mouth-filling with complex spice, ripe plum and spicy blackcurrant, warm and silky soft, finishing rich and round with peppery spice and persistent rich red fruit. A rich red designed to be consumed young, allow to-open in the glass and would be best served with BBQ Meat, Lamb and spicy dishes.
