Domaine d'Hondrat Elle & Lui Languedoc-Roussillon Rosé 2019

The Domaine d'Hondrat Cuvée Elle and Lui Rosé is served in a unique glass bottle with a glass stopper. "Elle & Lui" translates from French as "she and him", expressing the love between two people, meaning this is a wine full of love and passion. The owner, Romain Vigroux has always kept in mind his great-grandfather's words, "Wine is a matter of Tradition and Family through passion", and this thesis can be felt throughout their fantastic wines. The wine is a very pale pink colour with silvery glints. It has subtle aromas of white fruits and tangerine notes on the nose. The wine has an amazing roundness, which is well-balanced by a freshness, supported by citrus zest notes on the finish.
