De Venoge Cordon Bleu Brut Champagne N.V.

De Venoge is a historic Maison located in the Champagne dell'Epernay. The Brut Cordon Bleu carries within itself a reference to the ancient Order of the Holy Spirit, the most prestigious chivalric order of the French monarchy, whose members wore a blue ribbon called "Cordon Bleu".

It is composed of 50% Pinot Nero, 25% Chardonnay and the remaining 25% Pinot Meunier, with the use of a total of 25% of Riserva wines. This is followed by a stop on the lees for 3 years, but it is only the beginning of a possible process of bottle aging that this Champagne would be able to support.
