Entrecote Merlot Cabernet Syrah Gourmet Pere & Fils, Languedoc Roussillon, France 

Grape varieties, a classic Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon blend with Syrah.

Entrecôte has a beautiful deep red colour with purple hues. On the nose it is aromatic and complex with aromas of blackberries, black currants and toasty aromas. The taste of the wine is dense and full-bodied with a fruity aftertaste.

Great with steaks, braised leg of lamb, roast beef and veal.
