Chateau Laroque Saint-émilion grand Cru 2016

Perched on the top of the hills above the River Dordogne, close to the village of Saint-Emilion, Château Laroque is an estate that resembles its wine: noble, elegant and charismatic. Nowadays, it is the largest estate in Saint-Emilion with 150 acres of undivided vineyard, from which only 66 acres of the best plots and oldest vines are used for the production of Château Laroque Grand Cru Classé.

This wine delights us with its lovely purple colour and complex, elegant nose, which gives off delicious ripe fruits and roasted aromas. On the palate the attack is soft with delicate tannins, and the wine offers beautiful notes of red fruits and a smooth finish. Accompaniments: Grilled red meat, game, cheeses.
