Viu Manent Loma Blanca Single Vineyard Carménère 2019

The Single Vineyard wines are produced in small quantity and with the finest Viu Manent grapes from selected blocks of their three Colchagua Valley vineyards. Those wines are of outstanding characteristics due to controlled yields and very ripe, concentrated hand-picked fruit. The grapes for this wine come from El Olivar vineyard, located near the town of Perallillo in the Colchagua Valley. The Carmenere plantation average 16 years in age.

The nose is intense with notes of red fruits, sweet spices, damp earth and black pepper. This wine is elegant and juicy with a good balance and refined tannins, and a persistent finish.
