Epsilon Pink is a sparkling wine of intense pink colour from the Ca' Di Rajo family, blended with a mixture of Pinot Noir and Raboso grapes.It has a beautiful foam and a dry, pleasant taste. This wine is particular and refined, with exquisite notes of roses, strawberry, orange, cherries and raspberries, and a very delicate and persistent perlage. To taste, there is an excellent balance between acidity and sugar, reminiscent of strawberry, with notes of green apples and berries.

It is very fragrant and fresh wine that can create a festive atmosphere, it is recommended to drink young. Epsilon Pink is fantastic as an aperitif, as well as paired with light salads, fish, shellfish and other seafood.
