A fun sparkling dry white wine from the Ca' Di Rajo portfolio. Brilliant in hue, with a straw yellow colour, greenish reflections, and a long and persistent perlage. An intense bouquet of Acacia flowers with particular notes of apple, lemon and grapefruit will waft from the glass. This wine has a good and balanced structure giving a very pleasing and harmonious feel and taste on the palate. Balanced and savoury, Epsilon Platinum is truly a delight to drink.
