Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin 70cl

Produced in Herman Jansen Distillery. It is one of the oldest (since 1777) and best (winner of world class distillery) family owned Distillery Herman Jansen. The recipe took almost two years to perfect. Bobby’s Gin combines the two worlds of East and West in a singular bottle by using botanicals from both sides of the world. Lemongrass, cloves, cinnamon, juniper from the East. Rose hips, fennel, cubeb pepper, and coriander from the West.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: floral at first, with rose notes coming to the fore, with lemon and lemongrass falling in line behind it.

Taste: the rosehips are sweet an pungent; the lemongrass is citrusy and herbal with menthol tones blending with anise/fennel character; the clove and spice is unmistakable. Incredibly smooth on its own or in a cocktail.
