The 10th Batch of Kentucky Owl Straight Bourbon is made with casks from a number of distilleries and blended by Dixon Dedman, great-great-grandson of Charles Mortimer Dedman, who founded C.M Dedman Distillery. Aromas of cooked apples, Seville orange, marmalade, cinnamon and buttered popcorn fill the nose, complemented by notes of mango puree, molasses, butter, oak, coffee, milk chocolate and shortbread throughout the palate.
