A dry white Bordeaux with brightness and freshness in abundance, made from sustainably grown grapes at a fine property owned by the exacting Sichel family. The blend, 65% sauvignon blanc and 35% semillon, was aged in stainless-steel tanks to capture its lovely notes of grapefruit and lemon zest. A soulmate of seafood, it also works brilliantly with soft, crumbly cheeses.
