Cossetti Gavi di Gavi DOCG is the most famous and appreciated DOCG Piedmont white on international markets. The old indigenous Cortese grape variety is used to create this wine. The graoe are cultivated in the best vineyards of the Gavi area. The wine contains 12 percent alcohol of it's volume. It should be served at 10 degree to 12 degree C.
