Gérard Bertrand reveals the history of South of France greatest terroirs. Already recognised before the reign of Louis XIV, it was in 1618 that the botanist Magnol in his book Sylve Plantarium pointed out Piquepoul as one of the most famous grape varieties in Languedoc.
This wine has a pale yellow colour with hints of green. On the nose, it is a gourmet wine with citrus and hawthorn aromas. Deliciously fresh on the palate with beautiful notes of lemon and an invigorating finish.
