Made at the Alsatian vineyard which is situated at the foot of the Vosges, between Marlenheim and Thann in France. The Gewurztraminer grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness and then under go alcoholic fermentation during 10 days under controlled temperatures. The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled.

This wine has a colour of very intense golden yellow and straw.  On the nose there are aromas of flowers, spices and exotic fruits such as litchi and passion fruit. In the mouth is is rich, full-bodied and well-structured with a lovely length on the palate.
