A powerful but elegant rosé wine made with grapes from selected organic vineyards in Terra Alta, south of Catalonia, with a high aromatic intensity and aged twelve months in barrel.
It undergoes cold maceration to extract aromas and colour.The must ferments at a controlled temperature and partially in barrels, which allows us to enhance the essence of the variety and give complexity to the aromatic expression.
Beautiful notes of cherry, watermelon, raspberry, apricots, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, orange, elderberry and refreshing spicy vanilla.
