This Italian Prosecco is a bright straw yellow in colour, with green highlights in the glass as the light hits it. The perlage is delicate and persistent, ensuring each sip will taste of freshness. The bouquet is elegant and complex, with aromas of pineapple, apricot, pear and apple. You will also sense wilf flowers such as wisteria and acacia, prompting images of spring and freshness. When you come to taste, you'll notice a good yet soft structure with emerging fruity notes. It will be pleasant and harmonious on the palate, bringing to your mouth a balanced and full bodied flavour.

This Prosecco is perfect as an aperitif served with battered vegetables, fried food, cheese and cold pasta. However it is excellent with row fish such as oysters, prawns and truffles.
