This French wine has a deep red complexion with hints of raisins and dark fruits on the nose. Complex floral and spicy aromas of rose and licorice waft from the glass leading to a smooth, balanced palate which invokes Christmas pudding flavours. Unique notes of cherry dominate the flavour profile and offer just a hint of sweet spice. This is a Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon blend with high tannins.

We'd recommend serving this Bordeaux with cheese or with grilled red meat in typical French style.
