La Vie en Rose inspires and aspires to escape, a few notes of Grenache tease the Cinsault to play with harmony and elegance and reveal all its purity like a call to gourmandise... This delicate wine, with its light salmon pink colour and beautifully complex nose, takes us on a journey through notes of vine leaves, citrus fruit and a crystalline note. The palate is ripe, full and well-balanced with great delicacy. Pure and flavoursome, with a fine bitterness on the finish. This lovely organic rosé is perfect with sea bream ceviche or black olive bread.
