Forest Gin 70cl

Forest Gin is hand-crafted by the Bond family in very small batches. They use only the finest quality ingredients and steep several traditional Gin ingredients (including organic juniper berries and coriander seeds) in Organic Grain Spirit. A pestle & mortar is used to break up the Forest Botanicals which have been sourced and foraged from Macclesfield Forest where possible. The exact recipe is a closely guarded secret, but wild Bilberries, wild Gorse Flowers, wild Raspberries, and local Moss are blended with several other fragrant botanicals to create the flavour. This mix is added to the spirit and distilled through their own copper condenser. The softest, purest local spring water is then blended with the resulting spirit to give a Premium London Dry Gin at 42«V.
