G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge is a champagne crafted from grapes sourced from over 75 different Crus across the Champagne region. 45% of the blend is Pinot Noir, the House's emblematic grape variety chosen for its structure and power. Matured in spectacular cellars beneath Reims, this is a smooth and easy-drinking celebration Champagne. G.H. Mumm’s new generation of winemakers seem to make a better blend with each successive year.

Pop open a bottle of G.H. Mumm and you'll be greeted by enticing aromas of ripe apricots peaches and pineapple with a hint of buttery toast. On the palate the dancing bubbles lead to complex citrus, stone fruit and brioche flavours that linger lovingly on the finish. Clean and subtle on the nose. Rich juicy fruits in the mouth with toasted nuts and subtle yeasty overtones. Fresh, elegant and balanced with a long, creamy finish. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with food, and its aromatic richness is a perfect match for white meat and fish.

This champagne won a Gold Medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC) 2015. To this day it remains an official supplier to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
