Gosset 12 Ans de Cave à Minima Brut Champagne N.V.

12 ans de cave a minima was created after discovering some old bottles tucked away in the cellar. This cuvée combines wines from several harvests that have all been aged for at least 12 years before disgorgement. The blend is of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay, with no malolactic fermentation.

12 ans is fresh and elegant showing a beautiful maturity. The nose reveals aromas of summer orchard fruits such as peach and mirabelle, citrus peel combined with notes of liquorice mint. On the palate notes of blood orange, lemon and ginger appear. A long inviting finish with a hint of saltiness which is characteristic of the House style.
