Nicolis Ambrosan Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Classico is a classic Italian wine known for its rich, bold and complex flavors. This wine is crafted using a blend of local grape varieties, including Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara which are carefully harvested by hand. The grapes are then dried on trays for several months, intensifying their flavors and aromas. Oak barrels are used to age the wine, lending it a deep ruby color and a layered bouquet with hints of cherry, chocolate and spice. This full-bodied wine is a perfect accompaniment to rich, hearty dishes such as beef stews, roasted meats and aged cheeses. It is best served slightly chilled at around 18°C.
