Tenuta Il Bosco Oltrenero Brut Nature 2016

The name Oltrenero [pronounced Ohl-tray-nair-oh] is the combination of two elements that make up the wine's identity: 'Oltrepo', which means 'beyond the Po', and 'Pinot Nero', which is the varietal used.

Pale straw yellow enhanced by a soft sparkle and a delicate, continuous perlage, a long and intense bouquet; demonstrates mineral tones as well as scents of wisteria and elderberry; features prominent fruity notes, recalling blackberries, redcurrant, and raspberries with pleasant hints of citrus

Decisive, & fresh on the palate with excellent minerality and end sensations that recall the bouquet , excellent as an aperitif; pairs well with cured meats, risotto, sushi, ceviche or grilled chicken salad
