- On the nose a surge of white pepper and spices, clove and cinnamon, followed by tea and citrus. The palate provides a mouth-coating pepper rush with some residual sweetness. Pure, fresh and a determined blue agave character. The finish is long and spicy with a slightly sweet edge.
