In 1927, barely a year after the opening of the wine workshop, Balys Karazija, the founder of "Anykščių vyno", started producing semi-sweet cherry wine. He especially valued the expressive taste and aroma of local berries, which thanks to his craftsmanship, he managed to preserve in natural cherry wine. Today, it is produced according to the classic winemaking technology.
Rich colors typical of these berries, extremely aromatic, delicately sweet taste and mild acidity spread harmoniously when tasted.
This wine goes well with medium-ripened cheeses, duck, rabbit and wild poultry dishes.
The recommended serving temperature is 14-16 °C. It is also suitable for drinking heated (boiling is not recommended).
