Wines N' Roses Sympathy For The Devil Verdejo - Sauvignon Blanc 2022

A delicious blend of Organic Verdejo and Organic Sauvignon Blanc.  Pale straw in colour with an intense aromas of tropical fruits, grapefruit and other citrus fruits all backed up by a mineral tone.  Fresh and balanced in the mouth with more fresh, ripe orchard fruit flavours.  Good acidity and a touch of spice on the finish make this an incredibly moreish wine.

The vineyards are situated in Toledo, on poor soils, of red and clay earth, with the yields per hectare being pretty low. We don’t do any treatments for disease or insects, as it is the perfect place for sincere, sustainable and ecological winegrowing.

Recommended with all types of seafood, fish, starters, light and rice dishes, being the perfect combination with the ‘Mediterranean diet’.
